home made wonderbar q

Making a wonderbar, just to be sure, this'll be mounted above the sway bar, using the same mounting bolts?
The top of the sway bar bushings have those nice little tabs, that would require me to put a slot in my wonder bar plates.... or should I just grind off the tabs on the bushing? (well, grind polyurethane...)

Thanks

is this different on my '82 car?
is this just a really dumb question, or really hard?
anyone notice what the top of their front sway bar frame bushings look like?

Car: VIN=85 T/A, CAR=82/3 T/A gfx, go figure. She's a T/A anyway!
Engine: 5.0, Holley 600 cfm 4-barrel
Transmission: THM350 ??
Put the slots in your wonderbar - you'll be forever modifying the bushings when you get new sets...
Not only that, but the tabs on the bushings assist in their location

Mark.

take a peek at Spohns and go from there. thats all i can say. I want to make one myself with some left over roll cage tubing I have but I may just break down and buy Spohns for $60. After I buy the steal to make the brackets and then have it powdercoated, i will already be pretty close to $60.
