This will be for my cold air intake system. I'm looking at buying 24 inches of 6063-T6 aluminum round tubing 3 1/2" in diameter with a .065" wall thickness. I want to have it bent in the middle 30 degrees with a mandrel bender. Is this possible with this size tubing and 6063-T6 aluminum without crinkling etc.

 

i'd look at some weld els and use them. if i were to bend it i'd fill the tube with shot before i bent it
