DIY Knight rider (a lot of advice needed)
Ok. I've been on and off with Knight rider and I have finally decided to go for it.
I wanna turn my 89 thirdgen into a Knight rider.
However I have few different designs and I am stumped of how I should really, go about doing it.
You know the knight rider dash![IMG]

I just wanna build the front part and no the whole two TV's hump on the pass side.
I just wanna finish it at around the vent, maybe make it a bit further than the vent.
How would be the best way to do this with fiberglass?
Can I just make the shapes that I want out of, say cardboard and than fiberglass over it. Or do I have to have a heavy material?
Also, can I go without the mold??? Maybe just build on top of my stock dash. Or just use the dashpad???
Next I wanna do the nose too!
I wanna fiberglass it myself. Can I go without the mold by just fiberlassing over my existing bumper (pretty close to KR already).
Please help! I am poor but have a lot of patience to do this!
