Tranny Crossmember?

Has anyone fabbed up a new tranny crossmember to make room for exhaust?
I'm thinking about making a new crossmember to clear my longtubes and pipes just before they connect to my y pipe. maybe incorpirate holes for the exhaust to pass through.

that has been done repeatedly.. there are pictures on the board.. but you will have to search for them.. Many people have made the cross member with modification to the bar in order to giver clearnace for long tubes and/or true duals.
