Car: 1996 Ford F-150 4x4 and 1989 T/A
Engine: 302 in Ford,305 TPI in T/A
Transmission: automatics in both
Axle/Gears: not sure,just got T/A
Taillight mods

I did a search and all I found were Camaro mods,I have a set of GTA taillights that the outer shells are broken.Has anyone tried any mods on these?

Are these the grid style? Redraif removed the grids on hers and polished the lenses. But I'm not sure she's still posting here or not. I haven't been keeping up as much since I got rid of my Camaro. Mostly just frequent the fabrication forum.

They are the grid style with the lenses cracked.

I like the stock lights, just not the way they lighted, so I had a STS controller made, the ones available were out of my price range...check out my avatar.

Look on youyube for videos showing left, turn, brakes on, etc. And yes, the STS overrides the brakes, when they share a circuit in one side. So, even at a red light turning, they still shohw correctly.

Has anyone ever made a one piece smoked taillight cover?I'm thinking of trying this with these lights before I buy a new set of lights.
