You say you have a Arc machine, By that I am assuming you have a Stick machine or possibly a wire feed or MIG Box. TIG is Something completely different requiring Special equipment and a Different then mig or stick. If you have a Wire feed you might be able to Convert it to a mig by buying a Kit from the original manufacturer. here is better info Tig

or actually, an arc welder is a stick welder. It can be converted to tig. Typically you'll need a fairly big/heavy duty machine to set up as a tig (and be able to do much with it). One question would be, what do you plan to use it for? if you do a search, I believe there have been a few posts about this in the past.
