spectre cold air intake

i was wondering if anyone has ever considered making this http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

work.

it looks like a good design, and it looks like everything can be twisted slightly for fine tuning, but for those of us with TPI, what do u think it would take to make this fit? id like to try it out except i dont wanna shell out the 300 unless i know its a sure fit.

Re: spectre cold air intake

That won't fit TPI, get 3 straight tubes and a 90 degree angle, put a filter on it from spectre, the short ones, then the adapter for their flex tubing, and run the flex tubing to your fog light hole. That's how you do it on a 89 305 tpi bird so you have an idea. The piping starts after your factory MAF.
