89 formula - hole for fuel pump cut, now I need to seal it.

Just bought my bird and the PO took the lazy way out and cut the hole in the back to access the fuel pump. I'm on a little bit of a budget, but I need to seal the hole up, any suggestions?

Was thinking about just getting some sheet metal, liquid metal/jb weld but I know there's a better looking (and reusable way) that someones come up with here. Not safe having these lines exposed, time to take care of it. Thanks in advance.
