Wich one are you wanting to do, the overflow tank for the radiator or the washer fluid tank? Both are very simple.

The master is easy, had to flare one line because it was an LT1 master and not an LS1. But otherwise bolted on and works great and looks good also.

Re: 4th gen fluid res
You need to do some searching. The install for either bottle is described several times with good picutres, for both camaros and firebirds.
The coolant bottle is fairly easy. You have to cut a large hole in your passenger side battery tray, then get creative with the hold down bolts. But its not too bad. You will also have ot modify a brace that attaches the fender to the inner structure. Depending wher eyou cut your hole, you can get away with just cutting it or tweaking it.
The washer bottle is a little easier on camaros...but you just need to slip it in there, make room where you need it, and secure it. Its not too hard... Might need to make brackets depending on how you want it to look/fit.
Just seach "4th gen washer bottle" and "4th gen overflow"...or something like that. You'll turn up all the info you need.
