Re: Anyone heard of this?

I have used this a few times. As long as you are good with making a correct 3-d picture and inputting the correct sizes it works great. Watch material selection though, some can get very expensive fast.

I can program it all for you if you can send me some ideas of what you are looking for and sizes you need.

Re: Anyone heard of this?

Ive used them. They are quite good if you have no other options for fabrication. They can be VERY expensive for just a small order. Materials and accuracy of machining both play a part in just how expensive...

I wanted to use them to make some simple aluminum plates for window switches...and unless I ordered 20 or more, it was pretty steep. But Ive done some other things through them and it was really reasonable.

Re: Anyone heard of this?

you should have posted on ccfbg. pm if you need help. I only work with SolidWorks for 3D an idea, a cap is gonna need some crazy tolerances (depending on type of fit you want)

Re: Anyone heard of this?

The Ronal r15 lug/center caps aren't that impressive a fit in the tolerance department.
