How to post picture
alright...ive been a member here for about a month now and i still dont under stand how to post a picture... I know it has some thing to do with thie IMG button...also ive notice that alot of people have these cool pictures of there cars in there signiture how do you make those and how do you get them as your signiture

to get the link of your image right click on the picture and click on properties, then copy and paste the link location. thats what you put between the [img] tags.

If the picture is located on your hard drive, you can click on the browse button in the attach file section just below the option section. Find the picture that you want to post and follow the instructions and then hit submit reply.

My pic is in "My Documents" But it seem that i cant get any pics from anywhere to work. Where could i find a url for pics that i take with my digital camrea after i unload them onto my computer?

Damn i didn't think it would be that hard to post a pic. Thanks to everyone who helped me out. I'm just new to computers and web boards so i'm try to get the hang of things

I tried remote linking a pic in another thread and it didnt work so im gonna try it again here and see if it was just a glitch or what.
Also, what is the best format for attached pics (what is most compressed), and what are good sites for remote hosting? (besides cardomain).
EDIT - , it worked! My two questions above still stand if anyone knows?

Now why is my attachment differant from others? EDIT: I figured it out, I was using Paint and resizing by cutting the picture up and it didnt save it as a JPEG. Fixxed the issue.
