Hey thirdgeners, It's time to place my Firebird up for sale. It has been an ongoing project for about 2 years that i have driven for about 1 month the whole time I have had it. the car is virtually rust free there is a small blister above the rear right wheel well last time i checked it was about the size of a nickel. The floors are solid the only problem area is the bottom of one of the doors. The engine is a rebuilt late model truck roller 355 with 081 58cc tpi heads that flow about 195 cfm. the cam is the stock lg4 roller cam with stock rocker arms the intake is a performer rpm and the carb is a 600cfm edelbrock 1407. the exhaust is stock from the header back. this was born as a hard top but has C&C t-top which do leak but the floor was just painted so its fine. it was also originally an automatic but now has 2 T5's which are included but not installed. One is ready to be installed and has been inspected by a local transmission shop, it now has timken bearings and the syncros are in great shape. the other blew up on me last spring because of a bad pilot bushing and rests in pieces. this is the reason i am selling the car I do not have time to reinstall the transmission. the car has an new alternator water pump radiator brake lines calipers pads shoes rotors and drums. it has a red interior with grey seats out of an 86 that are in good shape. the paint is maaco or something because it will scratchdown to the original white base easily, it is now blue with a black hood that has a 2" cowl riveted onto it. 140k on car I don't know the mileage on the engine estimated 30K compression was 145psi with 7 plugs in and throttle in closed position which as you know is the incorrect way. sorry about the grammar if you have any questions PM or e-mail m, e-mail preferred Mxcrazed@gmail.com

It also has a centerforce stage 2 clutch, new blower motor and A/M tac, temp volt and oil pressure gauges the oil pressure gauge isnt hooked up I bebieve the gauges are sunpro mechanical gauges

 

so it come with a trans that would need put in? but other than that it runs and is ready to go?
