89 Firebird Base w/ 350
1989 Firebird. Originally a Base car with a TBI 305. Not many options: AC, PW, PD. Black on black.
Selling whole. Car is damaged as follows: Moderate front center hit did damage all the way to the core support, and alt accessory bracket. Charging wiring melted between battery and alt after accident. The front end crash parts are currently disassembled, stored, bagged, labeled. I’m moving now, and it’s not going to get done.
What it has:
350 HO GMPP motor w/ Vortec heads. Holly Projection 2” TBI and bore matched intake. All parts converted over to 350. Was a great driver before accident, I even took it to work some days. Auto. Open 2.72’s. Everything works-electrical and AC.
New 18” chrome repo IROC wheels with new General G-Max AS-03.
A very good interior with little or no damage to most of the susceptible interior parts. It’s been garaged its whole life. Center console is mint. Seats have no rips. Plus an extra set of 4th gen leather seats, also no rips. The interior is not perfect, but better than most. Carpet, door panels, etc all are in good shape. Top of split-back seats have some sun damage.
Subframe connectors, Wonder bar, front end was rebuilt with PST, new struts and shocks. It has a newer replacement exhaust and Headman headers and Y-pipe.
All the receipts and dates for maintenance. Pretty much every part has either been replaced or serviced as needed.
Stored inside garage. Either a parts car, or needs the front clip. I’d start with $1000, but make an offer? West Houston area.

If you'd sell parts I'd take the complete center console and steering wheel

Re: 89 Firebird Base w/ 350
thtanner and all,
This car has all the parts you need, but I'm not going to part it out. Please, I'm selling it as a whole car.
Come get the car! The center console is NOS Genuine GM from the parts shelf. I think I pad over $300 for it alone. The Console, console cover, and arm rest/door are all NOS! It's has some other NOS parts too. Lot's of other good stuff: 2 pod gauge pillar with nice Norstock gauges, and spare 3 pod gauge pillar. Holly Projection TBI w/ Holly 85 lbs/hr injectors and GM TBI to Vortec intake machined out to 2" intake bores.

Re: 89 Firebird Base w/ 350
I actually have all of the parts to repair this car for exception of a right fender. But already committed for the hood to be sold.
Are the frame horns straight? any flexibility in the asking price?

Re: 89 Firebird Base w/ 350
The frame and frame horns are strait. The damage to the radiator core support is only on the top, as you can clearly see in my first posted picture. The rest of the damage was more minor--where the truck bumper impacted the light buckets, hood, etc, as seen in the second to last picture.
In reality $1000 is so inexpensive for an otherwise solid driver. You know how it is, there is probably an order of magnitude greater worth of parts invested into my car.

Re: 89 Firebird Base w/ 350
He initially responded to my communications but when I attempted to arrange payment and shipping all communication went dark. That was about 2 months ago with no response to PM's or e-mail since; so I really doubt it. That was around the time Houston was getting flooded every other day. I figured he would get back to me when schit calmed down but that never happened. Kinda a bummer since this car would have worked really well for what I'm looking for

Oh well, back to the hunt..........
