89 GTA was a 350 TPI w/ T-tops that someone added trans am fenders in the past before it was painted as it is now. Bought as a project/parts car but have too many projects. Car was hit in the drivers quarter and door area so needs repaired. The remainder of the body is in excellent shape including the floors. Would make a great parts car or project. Car has no interior, engine, or trans. Floors are near perfect and pass. side of car is in great condition. Comes with the posi rear end with disc brakes. Wheels and tires NOT included on the sale. just curious what makes you think this car was ever a gta? i understand you said the fenders have been swapped out at some time but it also doesnt have the gta hatch spoiler or map pocket,all GTAs has gta on the map pocket not just the bird...again just curious

 

I understand why you ask, the hatch has been swapped (the current one is blue), the tail light bird and headlight surrounds are gold as they should be, had GTA rims originally on it, and GTA emblems on sail panels and nose piece.

There was work done to the interior because the cluster and steering column have been switched out and some other odds and ends so I believe they changed the map pocket that may have been busted up/missing but I can't be sure.

 

Added more close up pics of damaged side and inside, car is probably a good parts car for someone who needs the sheet metal; floors, complete quarter, and solid door plus some misc. parts as well as the 9-bolt rear.

Not much interest so far in complete car, if anyone nearby would be interested in the larger parts let me know.

The passenger quarter is good and solid so someone can come cut the inner and outer quarter as one piece if they need it. Also have a fuel tank and good hatch.

I have someone interested in cutting the entire floor out to put their car together, I will likely have many parts available from this car now. I plan to hold onto it for a week or so before I scrap it so if there are sheet metal bits and pieces that anyone can use PM me and ill see what I can do. Trying to save everything useable from this car.
