TRANS AM HUNTING AGAIN!!!
Well I am looking for my next 3rd gen and am prepaired to buy as soon as find her.
I am not to happy with the CL finds for my price so i figure i spread the word.
I am willing to travel; So SC NC GA and FL guys are welcome to reply...could do maybe a bit more, but trying to stay with in the 4 hour range and if you are out there...it would be nice, to have the time to talk about the car, answer question, have some pic or videos long before i strap a trailer for a day drive and its not what was described.
Title is a Must, unless this is a wicked deal...so please no leins.
Most prefer 86-89 bodies styles Trans Am or GTA.
350 and 5spd manual would be first pick, but not a must.
I am more looking at the Mechs of the car being good base to work off of vers body...
Another words i am not buying interior or body so if its not the best i am not worried about it cause those things get replaced n repaired in time any way.
i just dont want a frame up full build project or motor swaps.
I am more leaning towards drivable project, i have done too much work, i want to have some fun this time around.
I am looking to spend between to 3500-5000.
Only personal request is be honest, I have bought them in worst condition and did it knowingly.
My pet peeve is that "everyone" has a "new" motor and "everyone" has a stroker. When i bought mine, i kept the paperwork, recites and all....down to the plugs.
