Recommendations for how to ship a car
Not sure where to post this question but looking for recommendations for companies people have used to
ship cars. I’m looking at a Trans Am on the west coast and I live in NY. Never shipped a car before but I know people on this site have. Thanks for any help.

Re: Recommendations for how to ship a car
Ask car dealers who they use..
You can catch a ride out with other cars and split the cost a little..
Cost me about $750 for shipping on mine but fully insured and enclosed trailer from Missouri. (18 hour ride)
The guy gave a detailed report of the condition and went over the car with me to make sure everything was good.
Definitely worth it..
If you don’t care about an enclosed trailer you could get it cheaper..
It was winter too, so no way I was drivin it..

just go to the car shipping sites, put in your information and they will bid it down to take it. trust me, they're hungry out there.

Door to Door transport company transported my car (open carrier) 2,500 miles from Washington state to south Texas for $1.200.
