Pics of my 83 Firebird Trans Am after some detailing
I used Meguiars Gold Class Car Wash, Gold Class Liquid Wax and then topped it off with Meguiars "New" Ultimate Detail Spray. I think that this stuff is awesome. I got the Meguiars Gold Calss products as a Chrismas gift and I love this stuff.
Anyway let me know what you think.

Thanks "89N10GTA" I really like Meguiars, sometime I may try Mothers Showtime spray detail (maybe when my others are gone) to see how they compare. I think it is going to be hard to beat the "Ultimate" Quick Detail.
Anyway thanks for the compliments!

You have done a great job on your 83.
I'm always happy to see another nice early bird.
I too have used Meguirers products for years, and can't find one bad thing to say about them.

i think thats a really sweet car man. i like the tires too! it needs some tint though to complete the whole black look. any plans on changing that wing? ive never really liked the early 80's wing they put on the trans ams.

Re: Pics of my 83 Firebird Trans Am after some detailing
As for the wing I was thinking about getting a differnt rear hatch maybe like from a later 80's TA, but that is another future thing to do.
My current project is to finish the brackets so that I can put my new seats in. I got a set of these seats at a Car show a couple months ago. See pic. Then I need to clean up engine compartment so when I am at car shows I can open the hood and not be embarrased. Someday I do want to put in a 350 or 400, I am saving up for that.
Thank you to all that have posted compliments!

trust me don't waste your money on mothers showtime. i bought it once and stop using it after the hood. don't get me wrong mothers make some really good stuff but showtime is not one of them. more work with less shine just not worth it to me.
