I am looking to buy pretty much entire suspension along with few other parts.
I was actually going to call them in the next few days and place an order. How much do you think you'll be able to save with this GP because I am looking at 3.5 grand here.

now that i see there is, we need to talk it to the next step and find out what we can get.

I'd be interested in a panhard bar also.
Normally in the past when we talked about a Spohn GP there wasn't much savings. This is due to the fact Steve puts his parts out there in high quality at low prices compared to the rest of the market.

I would be in. Need more details like what is going to be included in this thing, how many needed, ect. Price is not that big of a deal b/c like mentioned above, for the price these are already top notch parts. I would be up for almost anything since I have decided against getting wheels for the summer and just doing the suspension.

The way these things usually work out is if people put down a deposit so we know they are serious. Just a thought since it is MY belief that 50-75% of us will back out. Hope I am wrong though, but I'm just speaking from experience.

Got a reply back:
We won't be doing any GP's in the near future. We're already working 65 hour weeks, a GP would be suicide this time of year!

Well hey, atleast he was honest and not crude like most companies who either A) Don't get back to you or B)Give you some BS excuse with an attitude. In the past I know he has mentioned on the boards to give them a call if you will be making multiple purchases at once and he would be willing to work with you on the price. Nice try on this though.
Yep. I talked to Steve also because I had few items to buy and he told me the same thing. The way I see it, they have no reason to do GP's and try to do more business when they are barely keeping up as it is. And with the demand for their stuff, I can't blame them.
This is my chrismas in [whatever month the stuff get's here] list (yeah, I just want to brag. Been saving up last 8 months):
Adjustable Torque Arm with T56 Crossmember and ds loop
front a-arm mounting hardware kit
Front coil over kit
Front End Rebuild Kit
Front/Rear sway bar set
LCA mounting hardware kit
LCA Relocation Bracket
Lower Control Arm (Adjst. poly/bearing ends)
Panhard Bar (Adjustable with poly/bearing ends)
Panhard bar mounting hardware kit
poly ball joint boots
Poly tie rod boots
poly transmission mount
Rear coil over kit
Steering brace (wonderbar)
Strut mount retainers
Subframe Connectors
torque arm rear mounting hardware kit
tubular a-arms w/bushings (delrin)
Upper strut mounts (Billet Aluminum Pair)
I was hoping to get a little discount myself, but hey... you get what you pay for. Now can't wait for all this stuff to get here.

That's simple, why? You pay for what you get. He is one of the best manufacturers for our cars. I don't see why you couldn't start up another thread trying to get BMR, Hotchkis, or even eldelbrock to start a GB though.

So are your prices better or the same? If they are the same I am sure 98% of everyone will purchase directly from Spohn themselves. Let us know. Thanks

Well I was about to sell at lower prices because I get them at wholesale price of course. Spohn will not allow me to undersell. Essentially they have a minimum retail that everybody has to charge and thats what you see on they're site. What I could do is have free shipping if anybody wants.
edit: If anybody wants to know about my credibility just ask
Fast_25th or VILeninDM. I'm currently selling more parts off my 82 Berlinetta and will have more feedback sources soon.

I like Spohn and I like his stuff.
He also has always taken care of me on any issues that I have had. I've realistically spent 2-3k with him at this point in time and I still have 2 more f-bodies to go lol
GP on his own stuff I havent seen that much, he has but since it is handmade, he doesnt do it often.
He will run awesome GP's on other product he carries though. I remember when we did the infamous SLP header GP thru him :-)
HE sold a couple sets you could say lol
later
