I'd be in for the Diff. Girdle but not in time for the dead line. I'll most likely wait till winter sets in to buy more parts for the car...

If not the MAC one, this one...

What was the close date on this GP> FastToys web site, won't let me fill out thier contact form to check with them directly, and for a price.

Since I was the only one who ordered Fast Toys called me this afternoon and said it was dead. But they would get me a price on Monday at a discount but not as much as it was. I don't know if I will get it all or not. Anyway the MAC GP is finished as of today.

So much for all the "I want..." posts in this thread, I guess.

I just saw it tonight, and want some parts. I already sent them a question asking about the GP. I guess we'll see what they say. Probably that it is closed.

Unfortunately, the MAC G.P. didn't go too well and as WillSpeedy already mentioned, it's now officially closed. I got payed last night and had planned on ordering the sub-frame connectors but after visiting this thread and seeing how there was just about no interest in the G.P. I didn't bother to place an order 'cause I knew this just wasn't going to happen. No sense in placing an order when you'r hours away from a deadline, and no one else is interested in buying anything......

Sorry WillSpeedy, FastToy's told me you were the only one to place an order so I know this was a G.P. you definetely wanted to make happen.

I hope you still manage to get a respectable discount from them though. Let us know.

I expect to receive another email from FastToy's asking me what the HELL is going on

That sucks you all didnt get any orders placed w/ all the "I want this" going on. Wish I could have got in on it. W/ all that I bought for the car in the past month I couldnt spend any more $$$ on it at this time. Hope Fast Toys hooks you up WILL.

Maybe we could start another GP for the S&W Race Cars Sub Frame Connectors. I really need a set of sub frames, and S&W's look so great to me.

Thanks, Ed.

Just looked at the S&W site... At $350, they better install themselves! And I thought the $200 ones were bad enough.

Almost DOUBLE the cost? No thanks...

yea its a lot, but the quality is great. they pretty much brace the hole under carriage of the car, and there bolt on. in my gmhightech mag they have a package deal that comes with the subs, torque arm, contral arms, and parhard rod for 730ish. all being adjustable except the contral arms

So if you first bolt them in, and then run around town to see if they are correct (doors open and close easly). Then jack the car up with all four axels on stands only - to be sure that the car is not supported wrongly. Then weld them in place all the way around. Now you have the best of both worlds.

thanks for the listen, Ed
