could you get the sport coupe with this??
Hey guys, I have an 88 camaro sport coupe w/the 305 tbi. I have had the car for five years now. When I bought it, it had the z28 hood and grill w/out the fog lights. I want to know if someone could have special ordered the car like this or not??? Aslo when i first got the car it had gold spoked rims with center caps that said "special edition" on the center of the caps. I traded those rims for iroc rims. the car has almost every option except power seats and cruis control. what do you thing?

The Z28 hood, I'm assuming you mean louvred, or NACA is a transplant, not available on 88 sport coupe, the grill sounds original.

The Z28 hood was exclusively used on Z28/IROC-Z's. All major body components have a VIN decal. Check the one on the hood... I'm willing to bet it doesn't have one because it is not original to the car.
The slotted grill without fog lamps was original on the 1988 SC. Fog lamps were not an option on this car.

Not original. The original 15" x 7" wheels on your car were originally painted gold (completely) and the center caps state, "CAMARO".
