Firebird 500LE, its a dealer sticker package. The dealer is/was in Arizona, I cant remember offhand but I'm pretty sure it was Mecham that did it. The car is supposed to be white with blue stripes and decals, blue interior, 5.0 engine, and a unique rear spoiler. Should also have a plaque on the dash with the # of the series. Should look alot like this except the wheels and lack of spoiler:

Thank you for your reply max max.
Yes, the car is white with the blue strips as above. It does have a unique spoiler ( same as a mecham 84 spoiler ) 5 l engine, blue interior. I cannot find a plaque on the dash.
Does this make the car anything special if it was a dealer optioned package ?
Regards - Kiwi

Well its special in its own right, but I doubt it will ever be collectible since it wasnt a factory deal and will be overshadowed by the anniversary and pace car models. Not to mention its very much like a base model with some stickers, theres nothing special performance wise about it. I still like them anyway, seeing as how I had one

Sounds like my ZF camaro, a couple of stickers, a wooden dash, and the oh-so powerful 2.8. Im gonna fully restore the exterior anyways, just gonna save the ZF stickers, its a fun oddity.

saw one in a wrecking yard

I saw one of the "Firebird 500" cars in a wrecking yard today, never heard of one until today and found info on in this thread.
I was following up a tip that there was a T/A pace car at this yard, but it turned out to be the Firebird 500. learn something new every day.
