If you take a look from 1970-81 on the second gen
Firebirds were the Mean cars....and Camaros had a weaker appearance like they were the good guys

From 1982 they switched roles and on Thirdgens
Camaros have the angry look and Birds have the soft high tech look ...with the 91-92 Nose they thought that meaness would come back on Birds but they were wrong ...i think they still lokked soft ¡¡

Did this change of appereance GM designerd made on purpose ??
But talkin about taillights ,Birds are far the mean guys here ¡¡¡

don't matter what others think, the camaro's I've owned were the best cars in the world while I had em (Still think they're pretty cool) I imagine your car(s) are (will be) the same in your opinion.

Personally, I never much liked the front end design of the Firebird in 69, but the 70 model Formula with those 2 sucker scoops out front were SO cool! especially in orange. My number one choice will always be the 69 camaro just because it was my first car.

Firebird designers did a good job with the noses on 2nd and 3rd gen cars, as did camaro. 4th gen started getting a bit out there in later year models with the scoops on the firebird again, maybe they'll grow on me after time.

Over the years they've BOTH been great looking cars... But when it comes to HOTTEST I'd hafta say a 69 blue convert with the top down driven by a cute chick in a bikini
