I dont know the exact numbers but the 305TPI in high gear with 3.42 rear tops out between 135 and 140...someone else may be able to give you more accurate numbers

I read in an old Motor Trend that the 5.7L with the 4spd auto and 3.27 gearing GTA of 88 topped out around 139mph.

read an article testing (I believe '85 or '86s) and the top speed was 144.1 mph which was decimals behind the GT mustang 
I expect the TPI 350 cars are a little faster but have no prrof.
