Me and a friend were talking about firebirds and when they switched to the 4th gen body style and he keeps trying to tell me that firebirds didn't get the new bodystyle till '94. I know camaros changed in '93 cuz a different friend has a '93. I thought that they switched at the same time. He swears up and down that the '93 firebirds were still third generation body style but had a more rounder nose than the older ones, but not as round as the newer ones. Can anyone help me to prove him wrong?

 

92 was the last year for all 3rd gens. 93 was the introduction of the 4th gen camaros and firebirds. the rounded noses i think he is referring to are the 91-92 firebirds. they got a different front end than the previous birds.......looks like a smilie face

yeah the 91-92 noses changed for the firebirds, they came from the prototype called the banshee..

 

That's exactly what I told him, but he won't listen. But was does an import lover know bout third gens? Oh well, at least he's comin to his senses, he's pickin up a 96 Z-28 tonight.
