Help Finding Resto Parts...

Gentelmen,
I am wondering if anyone on here might know of anyone or any place that might have a new set of rear bumper pads, for the 85-90 Firebird rear bumper. These are the textured black plastic inserts on both ends. They are out of stock everywhere I looked. I was able to find the left one, but I really need a brand-new right side to complete my restoration.
If anyone knows of someone who has one please let me know, or you have one you might want to sell. Please email me at MarkRPM@mail.com or post here.
And yes I have checked all the sponsors on this board and am constantly on ebay, with moderate luck. (no brand new ones)

Thanks for any help.
Mark

well you're off to a good start, ebay is always a good place to find those kind of things. you could also try local junkyards, the classifieds on this board located on the main page, and also www.yearone.com might have what you're looking for. theres also a website which is a chain of junkyards linked together and you can search for parts yet the website escapes me at the moment, if someoen remembers it please post it otherwise i will dig through my history and find it for you but for now that should give you a start

I appreciate the help, but junkyards can't be used for this, Year One next gen, is sold out just like everyone else, I checked all the sponsors on this board and even went searching for aftermarket manufacturers for body shops and such. All to no luck with new pads. I have found a whole bumper that is almost mint, and bought it off ebay. The pads are excellent, but I just wanted to see if I could find any brand new ones.
Thanks for your help.

Check Classic Industries, The Paddock or http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ (with GM parts you have to have the part number)
