how rare would my car be?

Not rare at all, there are a lot of GTAs out there, and most of them are fully loaded. In fact, pretty much everything you have listed is standard fare for an 89 GTA.
Want a second opinion, sure. I'm moving this to the history and restoration board anyway because it has nothing to do with TPI tech.
