Production Sequence Question
Model Year: 1988
Assembly Plant: Van Nuys
Production Sequence: 158488
I was wondering how I determine what # my car was in the total production of IROC convertibles that year ?
I know there were 3,761 IROC Convertibles produced in ’88, but is there a way to determine the number my car is ?
Thanks for any help with this.

Is there a way to find out where the sequence number started for each year? My sequence number is 201230. It was made in March of '90 and its a '91. I have always been curious exactly what number they started on and what day for the '91s.

Production sequence numbers for '91 Pontiac started at ML200001. For Chevrolet ML100001. I do not have a specefic day for the start of '91 production, but March '90 sounds correct and ran all the way through August '91.
