Need your opinions...

OK, i have been goin back and forth and back and forth for a long time now about wether i want to keep my 25th anniversary z28 or try and get a 2000+ SS..

If i keep the z28, the plan is to build a strong supercharged 383 over the next few yrs... I know its alot of fun to work on these cars and i would like nothing more then to do that, but when i see an SS on the road i just have to have one.

Or get the SS and have it as my daily driver....

What would you guys do?

Keep your 25th until you can afford to buy the SS and like you said, use the SS for a daily driver if your 25th is mint and low milage, otherwise I would mod the SS and drive the 25th...

Its only one or the other... The 25th has alot of mileage on it, about 160k. I wanted to make it a summer driven supercharged 383 that i can drive about 4 days a week in the summer only. And i have my dads car as a daily now(subaru).

I'm sure all you guys have enjoyed swapping motors and trannys, installing new rear ends and just making a great summer car.

With the SS there wont be much time to mod it or the money cause i'll go in debt for getting it and have to slowly pay it back.

If you can't do both then the question to ask yourself is: Do you like 3rd gen's or do you like 4th gen's...
