I recently bought a 1990 IROC-Z and didn't notice until later that it had a dash cover over the dash Anyways, I peeled it back and saw that the dash was it poor condition The interior is in near mint/excellent shape other than that. I just wanted to know what year(s) dash would fit into my car and look 100% stock.

If you are talking about the dashpad, then all from 82-92 will fit, although the 82-83 style is a little different.

If you are talking about the entire dash, those are 90-92 specific.

I'm not sure about your 90 Iroc, but mine has a sensor in the dashpad to automatically turn my headlights on when it gets dark.Not all years will have the hole to fit this sensor into.

 

Yeah, '90-'92 are different (more rounded) than all the rest.

indy82z, you have a pic of all your pace cars together? You have quite a collection.

 

I believe that just the Canadian export cars after 90 had the auto headlight turn on. But I could be wrong.

 

The dash in the 91 in my driveway is exactly like the 87 I had. The only different ones I know of are the 82-83 ones.

One of the Pace Cars is in primer, one is getting a new motor dropped in and the other two, if it ever stops raining here, I will get a picture of together.

I am actually looking at another one now.....could it be 5..

Sorry, I guess I was thinking about the entire dash and was thinking the top (pad)was also different.
