I need help with a few minor details on the interior.

im only 18 and have been into camaros for a while. But now that i finally have my own there are a few problems that i have no idea how to fix. I have a 1988 RS The problem is that the steering wheel moves to much it moves side to side and im not sure what is causing this if you can help please post or PM me.

If you drop the lower panel under the steering wheel you should see 2 nuts that's holding the steering column to the underside of the dash(one on each side)--make sure the column is centered and just tighten those nuts--that's it.

Unless it's the tilt joint that's moving, in which case it's a much more difficult procedure to remedy.

If it is the tilt joint, use the search feature. The solution has been posted MANY times.
