I am considering buying one..but I need to know what to look for. Not so much authenticating the vehicle, but making sure that it's not a broken down pos..you know what I mean. Thanks in advance.

Common problems are rear main seal leaking, leather seat cracking, and rear spoiler cracks. Those can be fixed without too much problem.

If the owner's box isn't with the car, take $500 off the price of the car. Emblems are now available as reproductions and are better than the originals.

If its low mileage, make sure you change all the fluids when you get it. Exhaust might also be rotting if its low mileage, mine was fine but others have pin holes through the intermediate pipe.

Other than that, do the basic spring maintenance on http://www.gnttype.org/ Once that is done, get a scan tool and start playing

Dohhhh lol

what they said :-)

Basically it is a 89 GTA with the turbo 3.8 drivetrain.. That nets u a really fast more prone to leak oil engine with all the shortcomings all the regular f-bodies have :-( Why do i keep buying more :-) lol

Its an addiction..

Another quickie identifier is 8th digit of VIN will be a 7 denoting the Turbo 3.8 and the larger front rotors with no backing plate
