87 Formula

I own a factory yellow 87 Formula (production date 8-86) 305, auto. The car came carburated from the factory it also has manual crank windows and door locks other factory options were air, cruise, tilt wheel, and the performance suspension system.( I am the third ower and have had the car for 7 years).
I have yet to see a Formula equiped this way. Was it the bottom of the line car. or did someone have to order it?
I have had a few people tell me the car is rare, though I am not sure if they no anymore than I do.
Any ideas

It's not very common. However your car would be really rare if it had all that base stuff but had the 350 TPI engine!

Yellow Was the color of the year for the Formula in 1987, they are still "uncommon" but I would not say Rare.

The Engine was the Base Engine, You know that. The Supension was also the ONLY suspension you could get on a Formula from 87-92.

Crank Windows & manual locks were standard, the power windows & locks were an option. As for the AC, Cruise, & tilt, there pretty common options.

As for it being yellow, that makes the car worth looking at tho

here are my two yellow Formulas,

one was basically the same as your car, LG4 Cruise, AC, but I had the rear defog, power windows and locks.

The second is a 5.0 TPI 5 Speed, T-tops, All options except for the rear defog.
