Hey, I just found out my 83 TA has rear disc brakes.
Do I have 3:42's and a posi??? Also, what are the requisites for being WS6? Do you need rdb's for WS6?

BTW, my cars a LG4 with a 5 speed if that helps any. And no I dont have my build sheet or anything

 

For an '83 LG4 5-speed manual, it will be a 3.23 rear. Since you have the 4-Wheel Disc, you will have WS6 which included the posi rear, 15" wheels, Special Handling Package.

About the same as it was for '82. The same 4-wheel Disc supplier problem still existed and was substituted with WS7.

Yes, the problem still existed. In fact, in '83, WS7 replaced WS6 as being standard on the LU5, and WS6 became optional because of the supplier problem.
