The paint code location would depend on when your car was made. from 1984 to early 1991 the RPO sheet was located in the center console on the passenger side. Then they moved it to the back hatch area on either the spare tire plastic piece or in the storage compartment ( I do not remember )
for the Firebrids the reds were
"Bright Red" WA8774 RPO: 81U
"Brilliant Red metallic" WA9540 RPO: 75U

91 is going to be in the storage container on the driver's side rear of the car, inside the lid.

Try PPG color code:
Auto Color Library
With this code any body shop can match original colors. The codes are also on paint touch up bottles.

I put all of those codes into the RPO decoder found on the TGO homepage and found this
"10U : PRIMARY COLOR , EXTERIOR, ARCTIC WHITE (91) "
yay!

The WA-L9567 =
WA = WAter Base (I believe)
-L = Lower U = Upper
9567 The color number
If the WA does = Water base then I must warn do not repaint with the water base if you can help it (local regs & all may keep you from using anything else). Water based paints are lousy as far as quality...
