Still trying to figure out my options
ON my 84 T/A I am restoring I do not have the rpo sheet that is normally in the car doue to the previous owner. I am piecing things together as I can. Now I know it hase the ground effects package and 4 wheel disk brakes (duh). But after looking at this site : http://www.gmtips.com/3rd-degree/dox.../wheel-dex.htm
And finding my wheels which are the hi teck turbo aluminum wheels 15/7 in silver/charcoal it says these came with the ws6 and ws7 package. How can I go about verifying or finding out if my car does have the ws6 or ws7 without the rpo sheet?
Thanks

Do a
on what made a WS6 a WS6, and a WS7 a WS7. Look for those things on your car.
I don't know a lot about the Firebird, but I do know the WS6 package is a performance package. It should have upgraded swaybars, at least. Check to see what size they should be and compare to yours. Also, the WS6 (if I am not mistaken) should have the quick ratio steering box. (2 1/2 turns lock to lock)
Check and see what options made up these packages and see if those things are on yours. If somone swapped on some '87 GTA wheels, that doesn't make yours a GTA
