How to set clock/presets on 1983 radio?

I'm going to ask this here since I doubt anyone on the audio board has a stock radio...

This is for my blue 1983 T/A.

I tried the owners manual but it doesn't have any info, and I don't have the seperate radio book.

I don't remember exactly, but either hold the preset button in for 5 seconds or pull the button out (if the button pulls out)

From what I can remember from my 89, I think the radio needs to be off to set the clock.

The time should be displaying. At this point I think you need to hold down a button (try seek or scan?) and use the rotary *** to set the time.
