There's not really "rare" options on a GTA since they had just about everything you could get on one.

You have T-top 350 car GTA, not particularly rare for 1989, but unusual for the entire run from 87-92...

John is correct. While unusual as a whole from 1987-1992, the 1989 model year seems to be the year that sees the most 350 cars with T-tops.

Although cars slipped through in 1987, 1988, and early 1991.... the 1989 and 1990 model years are the only ones that specifically have the "350 restriction" for the T-top option removed on the order sheet. With the 1990 production being basically a half/year run, you don't see too many of those these days....

Congrats on a nice car.

If you are referring to the G92, Pontiac didn't use that code, Okfoz explains this in this thread

https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=329702

Plus, you might want to check again, if you have the 3.27 like you stated on your other thread....that's the 9 bolt Borg Warner rear which was in the 87-89 GTA's. If not, the rear has been changed out.

Yes.. Might be worth checking.. The GW6 is the Borg Warner 9 bolt (3:27 ratio).. GU5 is the standard GM 10 bolt (3:23 ratio)..
