RS Special Edition???

RS Special Edition???
Alright, lets play name that car:
I saw a black RS with T-tops, 90-92 style ground effects, and IROC-style wheels. The odd part is the badging read "Special Edition". These bages appears on the rocker panel RS badge, the rear RS badge, and on the the door handles. What is this thing? Did Chevy make this beast or are the Special Edition things aftermarket? I suspect the latter, because the words "Special Edition" seemed alot like the text on my aftermarket center caps.

They're aftermarket. No such car was ever produced.
Nor did RSs ever have IROC rims, and BTW, the ground effects with the scoops were '91-'92 pieces only
