i know this was posted a while ago, but i don't believe this actual question was asked. I'm wondering how many of the overhead counsels were made per given model year, and how much flucutation was given each year. Just curious. Would a dealership know this, how could i find out, or does anyone else know. I've got an 85 firebird, base model, with full guages, t-tops, rear-def., Leather steering wheel, leather shifter, cruise control, 2 tone cloth interior w/ leather inserts on the doors, and the overhead counsel, and it's factory, i've got my RPO sheet. Just wanna know how many of these toys ended up in f-bodys. thanx in advance.

Not to be a wise guy since I don't have your answer, but aren't you really looking for the overhead console and not the counsel. My dad calls it the same thing so it just stuck out to me!!
