did 82 z28 come with a th350 stock mine looks to be stock but i was under the impression they never came with them?

 

I believe the only auto in '82 was the TH200.It was a 3 speed auto used in a lot of GM rear drive cars.It was still availible in '83 but not on the Z28.

 

hmm i guess someone just did a really good job on the swap

 

I was looking back to see if the "Camaro Whitebook" made any mention of the change.Nothing and it's funny the 200C's RPO code is MX1.That RPO is the only auto listed from '78 until the 700R4(RPO MX0)was added in '83.Hopefully someone else can shed more light here but I feel pretty certain the TH350 wasn't the 3 speed auto offered in '82 Z28.

yea im near chicago no bc im going to uti normally im in the quad cities it just seems oddd this conversion is such good work the rest of there worrk ive had to fix

 

no th350 came in these cars
