91 RS B4C In Critical Condition

I’d like to get the B4C back on the road as a weekend driver and worry about any resto/mod as time and money permit. I have a complete ’84 Z28 w/LG4/700R4 to use as a parts donor. The ’84 runs, but is severely challenged cosmetically.

I’d appreciate input on what I’ll need from the ’84 and any compatibility issues I’ll face when transplanting those items into the ’91 B4C.

I’ve attached a photo of the B4C to illustrate the problem.

Thanks for your help!

Car: A Camaro of some sort.
Get your self a 91 Z/28 as a donor car. There are many differences between the 84 and the 91, namely the drivetrain. You should be able to find yourself a wrecked 91.Is your car a 305/5 speed or a 350 auto?

91 RS was originally a 305 TPI (LB9) with MM5 5-speed, unless I'm missing an add/delete in the RPO's. Engine/Trans/Drive Shaft are missing, but the console has the remnants of an auto shifter. The original Rear End appears to be intact. Just not sure if the original 3.42 (GU6) internals were ever swapped.

84 Z28 is as it came from the factory: 305 Carb (LG4) with MXO Automatic.

I was hoping to be able to take the engine/trans/drive shaft and any ECM/Wiring necessary to make the 84 LG4/700R4 power the 91 shell as a temporary "driver" till I can collect the correct 91 components. If not, I guess the 84 goes and the 91 sits idle.

Appreciate any input so I can get back to just one car.

Don't bother with the 84. Just get yourself a 1990 IROC or 91-92 Z/28 with the 5 speed/305 TPI combo.
