Anyone find it Odd?

Anyone find it odd that the new Chevrolet Commercial tells of all the things chevy is, dependable, etc. and then they end the commercial with a 67-69 camaro doing a burnout and the screen fades into. Chevy we'll be there.. Did this make anyone else wonder how chevy could plan to cancel the camaro yet still use that as their slogan right after the camaro clip???
I dunno maybe I'm just wierd letting that bother me...

I don't know why everybody is even worried. If chevy does stop production of the F-body we all know damn well it's not going to be forever, in fact I expect it to only be for 2-5 years at the most with them bringing back a totally redesigned sports car kinda like what Ford did with the T-bird. I'd like to see a 2 seater Firebird with the new LS-6, 6-Speed, IRS, All Wheel Drive, and some really wide tires Of course this will NEVER happen because it would then be a Corvette.

Basically, I don't care as long as they do bring it back and design like they have been so they look good...

I don't know, they show a Bel Aire in that commercial, don't they? When was the last time one of those was made?

I was wondering about that too - seems like they want to show F-body drivers as "boy racers" or something

Y'all remember in 1983 there were no vettes ... right? the vette at that time was what, 30 years old, right? now its closing in on 50...

How old will the Camaro be in 2002? 35.... The camaro hasn't had a break in its 35 years of exsistance, its due for a years rest...

the 4thgen will have run its course by the end of the 2002... time for a rest before getting generation #5 out on the streets
