89 iroc w/t-tops/350. Worth it?

I am looking into buying an 89 iroc. I haven't looked at it too closely yet, but it has t-tops. It is red with 45,000 miles. The paint is a bad maaco paint job, so it needs to be redone. It needs tires, but other than that it WILL be a nice car. I was wondering what something like this is worth. The car has power everything. I know you supposedly cannot get a 91/92 350 z w/t-tops, but could you get them in 89?

89 IROC 350s with T-tops were faily common. They usually came loaded with alum drive shaft/space saver tire and crappy 9 bolt 2:77 gears. The aluminum was to save weight cause they were so heavy. Federal standards and all.

Check if its a single cat or dual cat. If its single cat it'll be 2.77 rear gears, like Rob said. Its a pain to find 9-bolt gears, if you plan on changing them.
