1982 Firebird with 350K Miles
Just showing this car due to the miles on it 350k miles put on by one FEMALE owner.
The highest mileage third gen I have seen
YES !! That's the original LG4 never rebuilt highway miles
The 200c trans was replaced go figure
Even more shocking the fluids are still liquid and not gunked for sitting so long.Mechanic said all she needs is a tune up & battery and shes good to roll.
Was on the road for 18 years

Interesting the number of miles she has on her.Testament to the SB.There's a Firebird sitting in a field I've been passing for the last 5 or 6 years.I never seem to have the time to stop to just look and she what she is.

My 1983 Trans Am
In 1996 I bought a 1983 Trans Am, red with black bottom, power buldge hood, T-Tops, 305 w/ quadrapuke, and a 700-R4. It had 197,000 on it when I got it, never rebuilt, and still had a little bit of pick up left. I put on 47,000 miles and when I hit a tractor at 95 mph I went halfway through the windshield, broke my legs on the steering wheel or column (still not sure which) and was knocked out cold. When I woke up with the farmer in absolute hysterics, my car was still running. It snapped off my fan, ripped my v-belts apart, and had the radiator sitting firmly against the block. But it was still running. When I parted it out, I sold the motor to my buddy dan for his Buick Regal. He put another 15,000 on that motor before rebuilding it. That engine is still on the road today. Not bad GM,... Not bad at all.

eh big letters suck. i didnt read it because of the big letters. A normal sized font in an attractive format is easier to read.
