i have an 89 gta and the carpets are kind of dirty and the ceiling fabric is really dirty. what should i use to clean this without damaging the carpet or fabric. jkueker

89 GTA, t-tops, brown leather interior, 350tpi, all power, white exterior

 

Try a carpet cleaner for the carpets, for the headliner start with a damp cloth, and work your way up... Just keep in mind if you use anything too heavy duty the headliner will probably fall sooner.

 

yeah,i have a litle green cleam machine that works really good on carpet+headliner.if the carpet is really bad,heres a trick we use at the used car lot.Take a light tide/water mixture+a scrub brush...scrub like hell,wet/dry vacum all you can out,the take towells and scrub like hell to help dry ther carpet and pull more dirt out.after it dries you can take a clean dry bruch and brush all the carpet pile one way to make it look real good.i know it sounds like alot to do but youll thank yourself when your done.it will be as clean as new
