I was wondering if my rear end is stock. I opened it up and it is a 3:08 open with drums. I know it is not the regular rear but I have heard some talk about GM running out of disc rears in 1990. Has anyone ever heard of this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Cross check it with your RPO codes. They'll tell you what it came with stock.

 

That is one of the problems...Whoever owned my car before were really smart and decided to remove the rpo codes and throw them out. Why do people insist on doing that?
Does anyone else have any info?

it just doesnt have the G92 option. and that is ok.
