Also, I found out that 1AY means Stock Orders Processing Option, but I have no idea what that means.

In my master rpo book the X codes include export codes and 4x4 codes. While your code isn't listed, its possible that it has something to do with that. At least it is a direction to research.

I was just looking at the Z codes as well, and while my book doesn't show any ZG codes, The ZE and ZF codes are all Canadian specific (except ZE3, Cameo Decor PKG). Sorry I can't be of more help.

 

1AY means its a dealer ordered car, while 1AZ means its a customer ordered car.
