Of the 1,500 15th Anniversary Trans Ams made in 1984 how many were automatics and how many were 5-speeds? Does anyone have any other data for this car?

I appreciate any info you can provide.

 

I've heard that 500 were 5-speed and 1000 were automatic.

Yup, 500 manuals and 1K auto's. I'd get with Jim at PHS though to find out the exact numbers because a nice round number like exactly 500 just seems to perfect for me...

The 1000 and 500 numbers are of corse a little too cut and dried
but for years being around T/A's those are the numbers that always comes up.

So, can anyone out there confirm that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, Is there a 15th Anniversary Trans Am registry out there?
