how to tell if it is a real b4c

My neighbor is selling a 1991 Camaro. He says it is a former cop car and i want to know if it is a B4C or just a Z28 that some city used. It has AC, 305TPI, 5 speed, 4 wheel disc brakes. It has none of the badges on the side and back of the car that would normally say RS or Z28. It has a Z28 wing, but the guys son may have put that on. I am going to look at it tommorrow and would like to know if there is anything specifically i should look for to see if it is a B4C. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Just unlock the little compartment in the trunk area and look at the SPID label, it should say B4C as one of the codes. If it has no options, except for cruise control, there's a good chance that it is a TX DPS car. They had a majority of the B4Cs.
