Does anyone know what the code P84 means. I cant find out what it means but my car has it.

I suspect that you are misreading the code. I believe it is actually PB4 which is listed in my GM Production Options book as Lock Kit, Alum Whl. Wheel locks were an option on all years of thirdgens.
